Deeper
The music for Deeper was inspired by a group of people dedicated to exploring the deeper aspects of themselves as human beings: What shapes us, what we are afraid of, what holds us back from fulfilling our true potential. The tracks vary from tranquil to dynamic. Composed in 2002.

Music for Shibashi
Shibashi means eighteen movements and is a simple sequence of qigong (Ch'i Kung) exercises for relaxation, health and vitality.
Music for Shibashi (composed in 2003) is played on solo acoustic guitar and is ideal for any kind of relaxation, stretching, yoga, taichi etc. The first track, Ride the Breath, features on Rising Dragon Tai Chi School's DVD "Soul Movement", a guide to Shibashi exercise.
"I love all the space for the resonating harmonics and aftersounds, and the structures that don't constrain or confine. I feel as refreshed as if
I'd been sitting by a mountain waterfall miles from anywhere"

Deirdre Burton
